MultiLift, like the UniCar system, is a rail transport system equipped with innovative technology based on traditional rail transport techniques. The newly developed active balance control system ensures that the container remains horizontal at all times and in any position, which guarantees safe and stable transport of goods.
The net load capacity of the MultiLift series ranges from 20 kg (MultiLift S20) to 50 kg (MultiLift S50) and is capable of transporting almost all types of small and medium-sized goods, including medicines, infusion bags, samples and instructions. This modern logistics system meets the requirements of hospitals and enables the safe, efficient and hygienic transport of critical materials.

Key components

  • Electric trolley

    The maximum payload of 20 kg (MultiLift S20) or 50 kg (MultiLift S50) allows the transport of a wide range of hospital materials. The integrated 4.3" touchscreen can be used to control numerous functions such as lid release, passwords and UV disinfection (optional).

  • Track

    The flexible design and high aesthetics allow the system to be integrated into the building. Suspended from the ceiling, the system is suitable for both new and existing buildings, creating usable space. The system stations are located near the work places in the departments, to allow easy receipt of materials.

  • Switch

    There are several models to choose from to meet different spaces and efficiency requirements.With the 4P-2W switch, two machines can be switched or passed at the same time, ensuring maximum system operation efficiency. The switch can operate before the machine arrives to further improve operation efficiency.

  • Control system and monitoring center

    The central visualization PC and decentralized segment controls enable real-time communication between all components and feedback on their status. The system's intelligent scheduling function can call not only vehicles that are parked in nearby storage areas, but also cars that are heading to the storage area, thus improving the efficiency of the entire operation.

  • Integrated fire prevention mechanism

    Suitable fire doors shall be installed that meet the requirements of the regionally applicable fire protection regulations. The fire protection mechanism of the fire door may communicate with or trigger the building's fire protection system.

  • Station touch screen

    The system has a 15.6-inch color touchscreen with resolutions up to 1980×1080 dpi.
